DIRECTIONS: Use the tools in the left window to find and view Assessor Tax Maps

Click one of the Find By... buttons to choose what type of value you would like to use to find a taxmap. Your choices are
taxmap to query by tax map number, taxlot to query by a 13 digit tax lot number, or address to query by a
property situs address.

|
The Taxmap box is used to find a taxmap by a tax maps number.
Type in a Tax Map number using Township=17 Range=12 Section=32 Quarter=A Sixteenth=C
(Example 171232AC)
**Note to return a list of maps for a township use Township Range (ex: 1712)
or for a section (ex. 171232)

The Taxlot box is used to find a taxmap by a property's 13 digit tax lot account number. To
enter a tax lot account number use the following format: Township=17 Range=12 Section=32
Quarter=A Sixteenth=C Parcel=03000 (Example: 171232AC03000).
Click on the FIND button to retrieve the tax map record for a property.

The Address box is used to find tax maps using a property's situs address. To enter an
address use the HouseNumber PreDirectional StreetName StreetType format. (Example: 117 NW LAFAYETTE AVE.)
Click on the FIND button to retrieve the tax map record for a property.
**Note: The Address is not case sensitive. You may use the wildcard(%) to query on address,
such as %LAFAYETTE returns all records which fall on Lafayette Avenue. The wildcard acts
as a placeholder for the house number and directional.

Once you have queried for an address, you will receive a list of addresses to choose from. Click on the address of the
property you are interested in. This will return a list showing the tax map record for the property.

Click on the Open Tax Map in PDF format button to view a tax map in Adobe Reader PDF format. Most computers
should already have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, but if you don't you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader
for free by visiting
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html.

Click on the Open Tax Map in TIFF format button to view a tax map in TIFF format. If you have a tiff viewer plug
in installed on your computer the image will open up in your browser otherwise your computer will give you the
option to download the image to your computer. To see a list of image viewers you can acquire
